Shipping

All orders are produced on demand specifically for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days.

• US Standard: 3-5 business days after production ($4.99)
• US Express: 2-3 business days after production ($12.99)
• International: 7-20 business days after production (varies by destination)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference.

We will replace or refund items that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective in print quality or materials
• Incorrect (wrong item or size shipped)

To request a replacement, email contact@c-istudios.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will review your request within 1-2 business days and ship a replacement at no additional cost if approved.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed. Email contact@c-istudios.com to request a cancellation.
